Move between plans whenever you like — up or down. Whatever time you'd already paid for on the old plan doesn't vanish; it's converted into free days on the new one, at fair value. The new plan starts right away, and nothing you've paid for is left on the table.
Stepping all the way down to Free is just as gentle: your paid features stay live until the end of the period you already bought, then quietly stop renewing. Nothing is deleted.
Clear rules beat fine print. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata for the unused months on request — ask us or Whop, and the plan ends when the refund is made; cancelling in the app instead keeps your access until the year ends. Monthly plans aren't refunded — cancelling simply stops the next renewal, and you keep access until it lapses. Used credits and the free daily ones aren't refundable, since they're already spent or given. And when you switch plans instead of cancelling, that unused value becomes free days rather than a refund.
