CoinLAB is a strategy lab for Binance USDT-M perpetual futures. Strategies are backtested honestly, stress-tested four ways, and the few that survive go live as signals — with every win and loss kept on the record.
A pretty backtest is easy to make — pick a lucky window, hide the losers, done. CoinLAB is built the other way around. Every strategy is replayed on second-by-second price data (not just candle open-high-low-close), with trading fees, slippage, and funding all in the math.
Then it faces four validation gates — walk-forward, out-of-sample, robustness, and Monte-Carlo — designed to kill strategies that merely memorized the past. Most die there. The survivors come back as graded cards.
Backtests run on historical Binance USDT-M perpetual futures data, rebuilt from real trade records at one-second resolution — 86,400 price points a day — so stops, targets, and liquidations settle in the order they actually struck.
CoinLAB never places trades and never touches an exchange account. Browsing and backtesting are free without an account; signing in is only for keeping what's yours, and paid plans cover live signal delivery plus a larger backtest-credit allowance.
CoinLAB is built and operated as part of ChartLAB, an independent project run by a small team. Questions, feedback, or data-deletion requests go through the Contact page, and the Terms cover the basics of using the site.
CoinLAB is a research and information tool only. Backtest results are hypothetical and based on past data. Nothing shown here is financial advice, a recommendation, or an instruction to buy or sell. Crypto derivatives carry real risk — always do your own research.
